Place the time into the resort’s Voluntary Rental Management Program. If you can’t be here you may as well help offset the cost of ownership by earning some rental revenue, deposit your time with us and we will do the marketing and the property management for you.

Help offset the cost of ownership. The Rental Management Program has no upfront fees. The resort is only compensated when the condo is rented. When the condo is rented the owner receives 55% of the net rental revenue.

Spreading the word. Sunset Shores maintains an aggressive marketing strategy. Through a combination of Internet, television, print, radio and several other mediums Sunset Shores is making its presence known throughout Michigan and other states.

If an owner changes his or her mind they can remove the condo from the rental program anytime before it is committed to a renter. Once a renter is found for the condo it is irrevocable.

What happens if Sunset Shores can’t find a renter for the condo? If a renter isn’t found by 72 hours before the date of check in that condo becomes part of the Space Available Program.

Sunset Shores Resort offers an online reservation system. SunsetShoresResort.net Nightly Rentals page allows web surfers to book their vacations online.
