With third ownership Sunset Shores Resort owners receive a deeded third interest in a condominium. This is a fee Simple deed very similar to a standard home purchase. With a third interest Sunset Shores Resort owners will receive four months per year. This is distributed evenly throughout the year, one month per season.

One month each season allows owners at Sunset Shores Resort the opportunity to have several weeks back to back. A very popular request is to purchase just the summer months, unfortunately this is not possible. Sunset Shores Resort has developed the third ownership for those people who want to be here for longer than a week or two.

No one monopolizes any given time. As with all of the ownership options at Sunset Shores Resort the usage rotates. With third ownership you receive one month each season and they rotate each year. Every three years you will have used every month of the year, plus every three years you receive the months of December and January back to back.
