Space Available

Want to get away for the weekend? Have a few extra days during the week. Even if it’s not your scheduled time at Sunset Shores Resort your ownership has its advantages.

Our Space Available Program may be just the thing. There isn’t a rental facility in the world that runs 100% occupancy all the time. When the resort isn’t full we turn unused rental inventory back to our owners. With up to 72 hours notice an owner can request an unused condo and stay in that condo for up to five nights. All the owner pays is their housekeeping fee, currently only $35.00. That is for the entire stay not per night.

Space Available is allowed until the resort reaches 90% occupancy. Nearly all of the renters that come to Sunset Shores Resort know well in advance that they are coming. Sometimes a renter may be driving through or be displeased with their current facility, for this reason we limit Space Available to 90% occupancy. This way if we do have a late reservation we can maximize rental income for the owners with their condo in the Voluntary Rental Management Program.
