With eighth ownership, Sunset Shores Resort owners receive a deeded one eighth interest in a condominium. This is a fee simple deed very similar to a standard home purchase. With an eighth interest owners receive six or seven weeks per year with one week every eighth week of the year, that is roughly one week every other month.
